Drive-by COVID vaccine clinics offered by Jasper Drugs

Wednesday, June 9, 9:30-10:30am - No appointment necessary.

*If you received your first dose here on May 5th, you are already registered!

*If you are receiving your first dose (on June 9th), you will need to get your second dose at Jasper Drugs in Jasper.

*We will be in the lower Chapel lot toward the Playfield.

Eligibility:

Anyone 18 years old or older, with or without insurance

Required Documentation:

• Photo identification (Driver's License, Passport, etc.) AND,

• Red, White, and Blue Medicare card, OR,

• Valid insurance card. (Note: if no insurance, just bring ID)

**Please plan to fill out paperwork about recent illness or vaccinations and to stay 15 minutes after the vaccine for observation. Call Jasper Drugs at 706/692-6427 with any questions about the vaccine procedure.
